As Director of Marketing, Mike has been responsible for the overall management of strategic and market planning activities for the Vinyl Division of Teknor Apex Company.

He joined Teknor Apex in 2004 as Industry Manager – Wire & Cable after working for The Ruggles Group, a materials consultancy. Prior to that, he held various general, business and operations management positions at Madison Cable Corp., having started his career at Essex International in engineering and technical management.

Mike holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bombay, a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Mike is active in industry organizations, being on the Operating Committee of the Vinyl Institute, BoD of IWCS and Flexible Vinyl Alliance as well as participating in Green Chemistry Council, NEMA and NFPA. He is a member of UL STP 13 and 758; is the holder of a cable patent and has published articles in industry trade journals.
