Dr. A.J. Pasquale is Co-founder and Director of Operations at Insight Polymers & Compounding. A.J. is originally from Illinois and has a B.S. in Chemistry from Illinois State University and a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from Virginia Tech. His experience includes positions in R&D and New Business Development at Procter & Gamble, DuPont (Chemours) and Eastman Chemical.
