Wendy Herbst, joined GEON Performance Solutions in January of 2023 as their Chief Commercial Officer.  In this role she is responsible for global sales, marketing, business development and the research & development organizations within GEON as well as responsibility for the China and Mexico business and facilities.  She has spent her career within the chemical and ingredient space in a variety of commercial and management roles.  At various points in her career she has been a member of the Vinyl Institute, participating in many industry events as well as in standards committees, while advocating for the vinyl industry. 

Her previous roles were with Velsicol/Genovique/Eastman, Arizona Chemical, and Emeral Performance Materials.  In each company working to market the sustainability and value of the ingredients in formulation and as a solution for the industry served.  Wendy has a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Phoenix University.
