Natalia is a Project Development Manager with a strong background in engineering, focusing on Technogenia diversification in the laser cladding industry. She is responsible for investigating new markets, developing new applications, and the planning and implementation of new projects.

Natalia brings a truly diversified and international background with several years of experience working in Russia, United Kingdom, France, and now United States on a wide range of projects.

Natalia received her MSc in Offshore Renewable Energy from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland and BSc Environmental Engineering from Moscow State Mining University.
