Michael has a M.Sc. degree from Texas A&M, currently working for 23 years as the Overseas Sales Director and Process Engineer for Entex Rust & Mitschke GmbH. Entex is the leading manufacturer of the Planetary Extruder for all specialty compounding applications. He also has 22 years of polymer compounding experience with the Solvay Corp. where he held numerous positions from R&D to Production Manager.
