Mr. Sirois earned a Business Degree from McGill University in Montreal, and an MBA from London Business School.

 He has held various postings for Clariant in paper chemicals, pigments and additives and ultimately masterbatches over 13 years in the UK, Portugal, Venezuela and the US.

 In 2004, he joined RTP Company as General Manager Global Color Division; He has also managed South America and then managed RTP’s business in Europe from 2011 until 2017. Returning to his North American base he has taken the roles of General Manager Canada and overseeing RTP’s corporate strategic planning and acquisition activities.

 He resides in Vermont and has dual Canadian and American citizenships.
