Jared’s professional career has been focused on the design and development of wire and cable products that distribute power and connect data systems. He holds a B.S. Electrical Engineering degree from  the University of Cincinnati and is currently the Manager of R&D Product Development for Power Distribution products as well as R&D Manager of Design Systems. Sustainable development is at the core of this work. He integrates sustainability metrics into the design and commercial systems to ensure that they are considered throughout the entire process. He has been granted over 5 patents to date. Is currently the President of the Insulated Cable Engineers Association (ICEA), which is responsible for the development and publication of internationally recognized wire and cable product and testing standards.
