Doug has been in the plastics industry for over 35 years, starting his career with Dow Chemical.

He has been with Ampacet for 25 years developing color and functional additives for the molding and extrusion markets.

Doug joined the business unit of Ampacet, LIAD Smart in 2019 when they acquired the Israeli based company, LIAD automations.

Doug and the LIAD Smart team is working on introducing the new in-line color vision, measurement and correction technologies for the plastic processing industry.
