PlastiCal is a calcium carbonate masterbatch producer located in Sylacauga, Alabama.  We produce a 80% calcium carbonate 20% polyolefin pellet.  Our plant is within a mile of two major quarries to supply marble for PlastiCal's compounds. 

We are a new company with over 50 years of combined work experience in daily operations of highly filled mineral concentrate facilities. 

We have a 3 micron (PC81) and a 1 micron (PC81-1) product line to drop in and replace your current supply.  Our product is used widely in film, sheet, thermoforming, injection molding, extrusion and blow molding.
