Herwin is a chemical engineer by heart and by education started his career as an engineer at Evides Industriewater. Being responsible for a pilot installation to trial a novel technology to treat municipal – and industrial wastewater, the passion for pilot testing remained the common thread during the next steps in his career. Starting at Lindor Products a decade ago, Herwin quickly gained extensive on-hand experience with many soaking trials for cross-linkable polymers. The lab is now further developed and tailored to soaking trials.
